Little ledges...

We spent the day framing out little ledges under the windows in the sunroom.  Just another one of our crazy design ideas?  No, well yes.  But the real reason was to give us a little insulation in front of the exposed cement block, something our previous room lacked.  What do you think?  Will we start a new design trend?  Move over HGTV!

PS - Those little white things I mentioned a couple of days ago - John actually calls them white gizmos.  Thinks they are one of the best things that has come on the market for electricians in years.  You probably heard it here first.

    SC did those little ledges in 3 rooms here where we changed window sizes. They're wonderful. Great for plants. And, boy, can you tell the diff w/ the insulation!
