It's a wrap!

There we are - the B Team (the A Team was the first small group that was here before we arrived cutting all the lumber for us). We waited until the last day for a group photo (perhaps not an entirely good thing since some of our team had already worn their Habitat shirts this week - luckily there was a nice breeze this morning). Our team had folks from Texas, Louisiana, Ohio, Illinois, Minnesota, Missouri & New York. Every year our teams just get better and this was no exception. It's been a real pleasure to work with them all.

The bottom two photos were at the end of today. We didn't quite get everything checked off our "to do list" but, on the other hand, we were able to leave something for the next group of 9 that starts on Monday and will work for 2 weeks and the final group of 20 that will spend 3 weeks doing all the finish work before the dedication. It's a wonderful thought that Julie, looking at the house in the bottom left photo, and her son Issac will have a nice new energy efficient home.
